The chakra system are a powerful system that holds ancient wisdom and important health intelligence. The different chakras refer to various energy centers in your body that correspond to specific nerve bundles and internal organs. The seven major chakras run from the base of your spine to the top of your head. Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing positive energy. If these energy centers get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra. Maybe you have already have heard about “balancing the chakra”, which refers to the idea that when all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit. If one chakra is unbalanced, it will affect the other chakra’s. If you have any unbalances, we always recommend you to start balancing your root chakra because that is your fundament and basal needs. When you have strenghtened your fundament and you experience flow in this area, you can start healing the rest of the chakra’s.

The fourth Chakra is located near the heart, in the centre of the chest area. The Heart Chakra represents how you radiate love, joy and peace. This center is all about unconditional love, how you give it to yourself and to others. It’s the mindset that everything goes through you, so if you practise unconditional love towards yourself, it will manifest in your outside world as well. The heart chakra is the bridge between the lower chakra’s (associated with materiality) and the upper chakras (associated with spirituality). The heart chakra has the power to connect the earth with the heaven. As the name suggests, this chakra can influence our ability to give and receive love—from others and ourselves. If you have a blocked heart chakra, you will have difficulty fully opening up to the people in your life. It will feels like a wall around your heart and some people say it feels like “numbness” in the heart area. If someone's heart is open, they can experience deep compassion and empathy towards themselves and others.

Our Heart Chakra tea is a uplifting herbal tea blend with Chamomile, Lemon Verbena, Fennel, and Rose which feels soothing and comforting. It promotes a gentle feeling of ease and content.
