The chakra system are a powerful system that holds ancient wisdom and important health intelligence. The different chakras refer to various energy centers in your body that correspond to specific nerve bundles and internal organs. The seven major chakras run from the base of your spine to the top of your head. Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing positive energy. If these energy centers get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra. Maybe you have already have heard about “balancing the chakra”, which refers to the idea that when all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit. If one chakra is unbalanced, it will affect the other chakra’s. If you have any unbalances, we always recommend you to start balancing your root chakra because that is your fundament and basal needs. When you have strenghtened your fundament and you experience flow in this area, you can start healing the rest of the chakra’s.

The sixth chakra is located at the brow above the base of the nose, within the brain, often considered to be the pineal gland. It is called “The Third Eye” because it says that we not only have two eyes to look, but also have one eye to see beyond reality. The Third Eye chakra represent your intuition and your deepest, most divine wisdom. We all have access to ancient wisdom within ourselves but its not everyone that allow themselves to go that deep. By opening up your Third Eye Chakra, you allow the infinite, divine wisdom to flow through your third eye and into your conscious mind. It is about surrendering to the unseen wisdom and allow your life to be felt and not understood through rational thoughts. It’s about shifting perspective from believing everything to be solved by thoughts instead of your divine intuition. Your intuition is also known as “your gut feeling”. We have all tried feeling something is completely off but without having any real “proof” of how we feel - we just sense that something is off - that’s intuition. Our intuition is an instinct and an extension of our nervous system. It’s a very useful mechanism to sense if something is safe or threatening. If you dare to surrender to the wisdom your intuition beholds and start to create your life through what you sense is right for you, you will balance and heal your Third Eye Chakra. As we move up the body, we're getting closer to communion with the divine. Think of it as the eye of the soul: It registers information beyond the surface level. Visions and intuitive hits are not uncommon for someone with an open Third Eye Chakra.

Our Third Eye Chakra tea is a cleansing herbal blend with Peppermint, Nettle and Fennel. It is soothing and cleansing, particularly in aid of digestive processes. This blend is both soothing and relaxing, while cleansing.
